A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Growing up in Los Angeles, I hated exercise. I got C’s in P.E. and never participated in after school sports. It wasn’t until my late 20’s when I was a stressed out entertainment executive that I turned to exercise as simply, a release.

Exercise SHOULD be fun – and I make it fun! But I also push you to become stronger both physically and mentally – because I support you. It’s easy to give up on struggle— whether it be a struggle for your physical OR emotional strength—trust me, I KNOW. But it’s those hurdles, those setbacks, those obstacles that strengthen you every day. Not giving up, pushing forward, working hard and treating yourself with the love and kindness you deserve. THAT is strength.

My training style has evolved based on my own experiences inside and outside the gym. I try to be the anchor my clients need to reach their goals and become the very best versions of themselves they can be, while still making it fun. I hope you can fall in love with health and fitness as much as I have over the last few years. I’m excited to do it together!

 

 

LISA MOLOSHOK is based in Los Angeles, California. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with specialties in Pre/Post Natal, Youth Fitness, TRX and Weight Management. Additionally, Lisa is certified in Lagree Fitness, having trained with the world renowned Sebastien Lagree. Lisa’s power sculpting/sweat drenching Lagree Fitness classes at Pilates Plus West Hollywood / Carrie’s Pilates Plus, is what garnered her popularity amongst LA’s elite fitness junkies.

In 2014, Lisa took the workout to the bike, when she began teaching at SoulCycle, the indoor cycling leader. She currently teaches in Beverly Hills, Pasadena and Downtown Los Angeles.

Lisa also trains privately in Beverly Hills as well as home travel in the Los Angeles area.
